| “We the people …” is the starting point of the most important document created in U. S. history as it is the beginning of the first and still existing American Constitution, which became the supreme law of the United States of America on March 4, 1789 when the first version of American Government under the Constitution began operations. However, what is more important here is the fact that this new Constitution is simply the starting point for tomorrow's American Government.
